Managing Subscriptions in EduLibra
Thank you for participating in the pilot test for Heart.Paper.Pencil. Publications. This guide will walk you through testing three key scenarios for accessing the Student Writing Journal and other publications online on a desktop or laptop.
Overview
This guide will walk you through the process of logging into the EduLibra administrative platform, managing publication subscriptions, and sharing publication links with your students and parents.
Part 1: Accessing the Administrative Platform
Goal: Login to the EduLibra Administrative Platform
Step 1. Open the Administrative Portal
Navigate to the EduLibra administrative portal using the following link:
https://pub.stage.edulibra.com/
You will see the following screen:

Step 2. Sign In to Your Account
Click on "Dashboard" in the sidebar and follow the login authentication process to access your EduLibra platform.
Note: If you are using Google sign-in for the first time, you will need to complete the Google authentication flow.

Step 3.Access the Dashboard
Once you have successfully logged in, click on "Dashboard" from the sidebar.
This will take you to the main administrative dashboard where you can manage your publications and members.
Part 2: Accessing and Sharing Publication Links
Goal: Access your publications to get its link for sharing with students or parents to login
Important: You must be logged in to access publication links. If you have not logged in yet, please follow the login process outlined in Part 1.
Step 1. Access Your Dashboard
Once you are logged in, make sure you have clicked on "Dashboard" from the sidebar.
You will land on the dashboard page. By default, you will see the first publication in your list of publications.
This page changes depending on the publication you select from the drop down.

Step 2. Select the Desired Publication
You should be able to see all the publications that are created in your account. Select the specific publication you want to share from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. They are organized by the name of the publication.
Click on 'Website'
After selecting your publication, click on "Website" from the sidebar.
This will take you to the public-facing publication website.

Copy the Publication Link
Once the publication website opens, copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
This is the link that you can share with your students and parents for accessing that particular publication, whether it's a Student Writing Journal or any other Heart.Paper.Pencil journal.
Important Notes
Each publication has its own unique link: Make sure you're sharing the correct link for the intended publication
Access requires subscription: Remember that students or parents must be added as members (Part 3) before they can access the publication through this link
Part 3: Managing Publication Subscriptions
Goal: Add or remove subscribers to a publication
Important: If you have not logged in yet, please follow the login process outlined in Part 1 above before proceeding.
Step 1. Navigate to Members Section
From the sidebar, click on "Members" to access the subscriber management area.
You will see the Members section highlighted in the sidebar:

Step 2. Select the Publication
Make sure you select the correct publication you want to manage from the dropdown menu in the top left corner.
This is crucial: Each publication has its own set of members, so ensure you've selected the right one before adding or removing subscribers.
You will see the publication selector and the Members list:

Step 3. Click 'Add Members'
Once you have selected the correct publication, click on the "Add members" button located in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4. Add Member by Email
Email addresses are the primary identity through which members are identified in the system.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add to the publication and click the "Add" button to save.
