How to Prep for Your Meeting with Beehively

1. Teachers and Admins: Please keep both your mobile phone and laptop/desktop handy, as you'll be using both to join the meeting and download the mobile app.
   Parents: You will need your mobile phone for this session but if you can keep your computer handy, that would reduce a lot of switching on your phone and you can simultaneously keep this current page open on the laptop to follow through the steps of download.
2. Make sure you have Google Meet installed on your mobile phone, as you’ll be using it to share your mobile screen during the session.
3. To understand how mobile screen sharing works, please refer to this tutorial for a quick walkthrough.
   • Kindly note that whenever you screenshare on your mobile, be sure to select "Entire screen"

Before You Begin

To ensure a smooth experience while installing and reviewing the app, please make sure you are ready with the following:

1. Join the Google Meet session on your Laptop and open this page https://beehively.com/mobileapp
   Simultaneously, also join the Google Meet from your phone and share your screenshare from your phone.

2. Open https://beehively.com/mobileapp on your mobile device for easy access to links and instructions.

3. Speak aloud as you go through each step. We’re eager to hear your thoughts, so please talk through your experience with Paul or Brian while completing the setup.
