Set Up Your Password

Initial Setup

1. Visit the login page: Go to Beehively Login

2. Enter your email: Use the same email address you provided to Heartland Charter School

3. Request password setup: Hit "Send Password Reset Email" 
   You will receive a confirmation message “Please follow instructions in email.”
   

Email Verification & Password creation

1. Check your email: 
   Look for an email from Beehively (support@beehively.com) with the subject line "Create your password at Heartland Charter School (App)"
   
   Check all folders: If you don't see the email within few minutes:

   • Check your spam/junk folder

   • Check your promotions folder (Gmail users)

   • If found in spam, move it to your inbox before clicking the link

2. Click the verification link & set your password you would like to use for mobile app: The link will take you to a page where you can choose your password.

   • Once your password is set, you can now use this email and password for logging into the mobile App.

Now, let’s download the mobile app and get started!

Download the Heartland Mobile App

For iPhone Users

1. Open the App Store on your iOS device

2. Download the app using one of these methods:

   • Direct link: Click this link: Heartland Charter School iOS App

   • Search method: Alternatively, Search for "Heartland Charter School" in the App Store
     

3. Install: Tap "Get" to download and install the app

4. Wait for installation: The app will automatically install on your device

5. Once installation completes, make sure to allow notifications so that you would receive notifications of communications from Heartland Charter school.

   

For Android Users

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device

2. Download the app you may use one of these methods:

   • Direct link: Alternatively, click this link: Heartland Charter School Android App

   • Search method: Alternatively, Search for "Heartland Charter School" in the Google Play Store

3. Install: Tap "Install" to download and install the app

4. Wait for installation: The app will automatically install on your device

5. Once installation completes, Make sure to allow notifications so that you would receive notifications of communications from Heartland Charter school.

   

Log In to the Mobile App

1. Open the app: Tap the Heartland Charter School app icon on your device

2. Enter your credentials:

   • Email: Use the same email address from Step 1

   • Password: Enter the password you created

3. Tap "Continue with Password": The app will verify your credentials and take you to the welcome page, where you’ll see information about your family. Tap your school’s name to dive right into your school’s updates.

4. The Updates tab may be empty initially — this is where you’ll receive all your school communications. In the meantime, head over to the Resources section to explore materials shared by your school.
