Beehively's Directory tab has undergone a visual revamp, making it more user-friendly and accessible across all devices. Previously visible only on mobile, the new Directory is now available on desktops as well, providing a consistent experience for users.
What's New in the Beehively Directory?
1. Responsive User Interface for All Devices: The updated Directory boasts an easy-to-use and responsive user interface, ensuring a seamless experience whether you're accessing it from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
2. Enhanced Search Capabilities: In addition to searching for students, you can now search for parents by name, making it easier to find the information you need.
3. Streamlined Interface: To avoid redundancy, we've removed some mailing labels and download options that were already available under the "People" section, providing a cleaner and more focused Directory experience. More information is available here
4. Adherence to Directory Settings: Rest assured, the new Directory still adheres to your school's Directory settings, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the information.
Consistency with Existing Features
While the Directory has received a visual makeover and some functional enhancements, it maintains consistency with existing features you've come to rely on. Your Directory settings remain intact, and the information displayed is based on the user's preferences from Directory settings.
We're excited about this update and believe it will provide a more intuitive and efficient way for you to access and manage your school Directory information.
